Easypaisa is the mobile account of easypaisa Bank Limited, the former Telenor Microfinance Bank. The State Bank of Pakistan cleared it to operate as a digital retail bank on 28 January 2025 (Aaj News).

Every Easypaisa account has daily, monthly and yearly limits that depend on its level, and a payment above the limit is refused. Compare your limit with the minimum orders in the table above before you pick a seller: an order you can't pay in one transfer is an order you shouldn't open.
Where the money goes
From Easypaisa you can send to another Easypaisa account, to a bank account or to a Raast ID, and the account only works inside Pakistan (easypaisa FAQ). Binance's P2P rules say to pay only an account whose name matches the seller's registered name, never a third party, and not to tap "Transferred, notify seller" until the payment has actually gone through (Binance P2P User Transaction Policy).
