"Buy from" is the lowest price per USDT from a reliable seller whose ad takes a 100 USDT order; "sell up to" is the highest a reliable buyer pays for one. Each ad sets its own minimum and maximum order and payment methods, so a smaller or larger order can get a different price: the order-size table and the calculator above show by how much. Buyers and sellers post separate ads, which is why selling can briefly pay more than buying costs.

The US dollar rate is the market rate for the Pakistani rupee, updated once a day. The percentage next to each price shows how far P2P sits from it; a gap of a few percent is common where buying dollars through banks is slow or limited.

USDT to PKR: P2P, open market and interbank rates

Three different figures get called "the dollar rate" in Pakistan, and they rarely match:

• The P2P rate on this page is what people are paying for 1 USDT with rupees on Binance P2P right now, counting only sellers with a solid record.
• The interbank rate is what banks trade dollars at among themselves. The US dollar rate shown on this page is a daily market rate from a rate provider, not the State Bank's own figure.
• The open market rate is what licensed exchange companies pay and charge for cash dollars. The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan reports it each working day, and the State Bank of Pakistan posts those sheets on its website.

This page doesn't show the open market rate. To see whether P2P or the open market is cheaper today, put the "Buy from" price above next to that day's open market selling rate.

Can I buy USDT with JazzCash on Binance P2P?

Not through the order. JazzCash isn't one of Binance's payment methods for PKR (we checked on 6 October 2026), so an ad that asks you to pay by JazzCash is outside the methods Binance supports, and a payment made there isn't covered by the order if something goes wrong. Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer are all in the payment-method table above.
